Heart of the local community
Owner renovated their house into Yakitori Izakaya in 2013.
He was worrying that local community has been losing places where local people can communicate, therefore, people are isolated each other. Many Izakaya, restaurant, some of the community spaces are closed, and there are not much places for local community anymore. By opening Yama-chan, he is trying to keep the community environment good and livable.
